Our main products include piston rods, stampings, bushings, ball joints, auto rubber parts and plastic parts. We also can manufacture special parts according to clients' drawings or samples.

Located in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, we enjoy the convenient transportation. Our company covers an area of 18,000 square meters, including 8,000 square meters construction area. There are over 350 staff with 3 senior engineers, 5 engineers and 10 technicians.

We can manufacture 800,000,000pcs piston rods, and produce 500,000,000pcs front fork tubes, 2,000,000,000pcs rubber parts, 2,000,000,000pcs plastic parts and 1,000pcs other parts every year. The output value was USD9,000,000 in 2006 (excluding abrasive).

We have 30 sets 10-160 punch machines, 70 sets grinding machines, 40 sets numerical control machines, 5 sets high meter machines, and milling machines and lathe. The inspection equipment include CNC plated layer thickness test machine, roughness test machine, material component analyze equipment, projection and Micro-Vickers 401 MVD, Rockwell 500 MRA and a set of salt spray test equipment.
